Beginning in the fall of 2016, the brothers of Sigma Phi Epsilon-Nebraska Delta introduced the Balanced Man Scholarship. In the fall of 2017, the brothers decided to rename the scholarship after Shane Broderick, an alumnus who exemplified everything it meant to be a balanced man. All first-semester, freshmen males at Creighton University are eligible to apply. A balanced man is one who demonstrates commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and commitment to health and well-being. The Balanced Man Scholarship aims to honor three students who truly exemplify the ideal balanced man.
The application will open on October 23th and will close on November 2th at 11:59pm.
We will be hosting an information session on October 24th at 8:30pm in Hixson Lied Science Building 188.
If for some reason, you are unable to attend the information session or have any further questions, feel free to contact our scholarship chairman, John Paul Ameryun.
*Disclaimer: This scholarship is independent of other SigEp events and has no influence on your chances for recruitment. Please look at our recruitment tab if you are interested in becoming a brother.
