Meet the New Executive Team

• President – Ben Ryan (’18) is from Des Moines, IA (Dowling). He is double majoring in Biochemistry and History hoping to pursue in nutritional research. He is competitive Olympic weightlifter, but enjoys watching football and basketball. Currently, he’s building a diet for himself and his entire family.
• Programming – Connor Pugno (’17) is from Sacramento, CA (Jesuit) and is majoring in Financial Analysis while minoring in International Business. After graduating, he is considering applying for law school. Outside of school, he enjoys soccer, cooking, and backpacking.
• Recruitment – Kendall West (’18) is from Omaha, NE (Creighton Prep). He is majoring in Finance and minoring in biology on the Business- Pre-Med track. He loves playing basketball and football as well as being an avid movie watcher. He also is a tremendous yo-yoer.
• Philanthropy – John Fleegel (’18) and Jack Barry (’19). Barry is from Kansas City, MO (Rockhurst). He is double majoring in political science and international relations and plans to go to law school after graduating. Outside of school, he enjoys reading, hiking and listening to music. Fleegel is from St. Cloud, MN (Cathedral). He is double majoring in in neuroscience and biology. He’s done a variety of research from vitamin D to inflammatory pathologies. Outside of school, he enjoys skiing, wake boarding, and soccer.
• Member Development – Taylor Swanson (’18) is from Lenexa, KS (St. James Academy). He is majoring in neuroscience. He wants to attend medical school after graduating from Creighton. Outside of school, he enjoys intramurals, working out and gymnastics. Once a competitive gymnast, Taylor is starting to get back into his old workouts to start up again.
• Risk Management – Andrew Brill (’19) is from Coal Valley, IL (Moline). He is planning on majoring in Chemistry on the pre-dental track. In his spare time, he enjoys playing intramural sports and being a youth group leader for the Young Life organization.
• Chaplain – Nick Nielsen (’17) is from Des Moines, IA (Dowling) where he played football and rugby. He is an exercise science major and hopes to go to Physical Therapy school after graduating. He was the president of the rugby club here for a year. In his free time, he enjoys coaching football and little league baseball.
• Communications – Kevin Jewell (’18) is from Omaha, NE (Mount Michael) and is currently double majoring in Economics and Financial Analysis. Kevin is a manager on the Men’s Basketball Team and wants to go into coaching after he finishes at Creighton. In his free time, he likes listening to music and watching sports.
